HEY, I’M SARAH!

LIFE COACH FOR MAXED OUT MOMS

I’ve got three boys, a husband, and a business to run – so I’m no stranger to the chaos and overwhelm that so easily steals our joys and makes us feel like we’re failing at everything.

But I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be like that. And I’m on a mission to help every mom I meet stop judging herself and start living the life she wants to live.

Sound like the answer you’ve been searching for?

Helping women love themselves is my superpower.

I’ve spent 20 years working with women in some capacity or another. Most recently, I helped hundreds of women lose weight, get fit, and feel confident. When I realized that my most successful clients were the ones who showed up consistently and worked on their mindset – something clicked. I saw that developing confidence, leaving behind judgment, and learning to trust yourself was the key to making lasting, serious change.

Once I understood the power of mindset and inner-work, I knew I wanted to deepen my knowledge and expertise, so I trained as a life coach through Erickson. Now I help maxed-out moms ditch the judgment and comparison and learn how to show up for the life they actually want to live. It’s powerful, beautiful, and honestly just so exciting to watch my clients finally acknowledge what they want out of life once they stop worrying about what others think or expect. And after they uncover those core desires and priorities? We work together to develop the skills they need to keep going, get un-stuck, and show up with confidence.

LIFE WILL HAVE ITS CHALLENGES.
IT’S HOW WE LEARN TO EXPERIENCE THEM THAT MATTERS.

I’M NO STRANGER TO LIFE’S CHALLENGES

<< TELL KIDNEY TRANSPLANT STORY HERE >>

THERE’S GROWTH (AND BEAUTY) IN THE HARD THINGS

I didn’t come through my kidney transplant grinning and only seeing the positive. (That would not be healthy, by the way.) But in the process of recovering, healing, and learning to live in my new reality, I have found lots of growth opportunities. I’ve become a pro at holding the “both/and” paradox – I can be both sad that I lost one-third of my hair AND thankful to have my new kidney. One feeling doesn’t have to “win out” over the other – they are both present and valid. It all exists together. And now I can help my clients embrace their “both/and” situations with a newfound empathy and deeper understanding.
