Losing weight and being healthy isn't just a matter of counting calories or finding the perfect' plan.' I know this because I spent 10+ years trying 'everything' and not losing the 35+ pounds I had gained.

I was discouraged, overwhelmed, and wondered if I needed to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. I also thought if I just 'tried harder,' I could get there. But as you know, 'trying harder' doesn't always work.

I did finally lose those 35+ pounds. (And then the baby weight, which got harder (but it's not impossible!) to lose after each of my boys.) Now I use all that I have learned over the last 20 years to help women get healthy & lose weight through a holistic program that helps moms with life management while they get healthy.

I have 3 boys, I have worked from home for over 10 years, and I have health challenges due to having Kidney Disease. I understand how many things we mommas have on our plate.

I’m going to quickly help you cut through all the diet drama and create a plan that works for you long term.

When I tried 'everything' those 10+ years to lose my weight, I was so confused and overwhelmed. I wish I could say I finally hit a place where I declared 'enough is enough' and got my act together, and lost the weight with the help of a magic plan or pill in 30 days. 

Those stories are inspiring. But it’s not my story.

And the truth is, many of those magic plans and pills are harming your metabolism, causing adrenal fatigue, and wasting your energy and money.

I created The Healthy Mom Method for mommas who are sick and tired of trying one fad diet after another. Doing everything' right' and never making long-term lifestyle changes allow them to keep the weight off. Program after program that fails to address the mental & emotional weight we as moms are carrying.

Your time is too valuable to waste with programs that aren't working. The last thing you need is one more overwhelming plan you know you can’t follow through with long term.

You’ve got kids to love and a life to enjoy!

 My clients are incredible, smart, amazing, competent women.

But for some reason (which I will help you identify), this area of getting healthy and losing weight seems to be the one thing they can't seem to breakthrough.

(Hmmm, sounds familiar- because that was me too!)

It was never about being a fitness model for me.

I just wanted to look good and feel good in my jeans, be healthy, and get free from feeling like food was controlling my mind 90% of the day.

I also wanted to be successful with my business working from home but always found myself out of balance and ending up being ‘crazy mom’.

Being consistent wasn’t happening with either goal- my health or my business.

Maybe you have lost the weight before, but you just haven't been able to keep it off. As you are getting older and have more kids, your body may need something different because what worked before isn't working now.

That is normal! You are a woman, not a machine. 

I want you to know that you don't have to accept the lie that after a certain age, you 'just can't lose weight.' It's not true!

Stuck after baby #3:

I found myself stuck after baby number 3: the scale was consistently going up, cravings were out of control, and what I had done previously was not working anymore.

And oh, the inner dialogue? It was rough, my friend.

After all, I was a health coach, and I had no idea how to help my body!

My analytical, data-driven side decided to go back to school to figure this out. I knew other moms would find themselves in the same spot, and I wanted to be able to help.

I enrolled in The School Of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) year-long Health Coach Training and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Course (PN1), which sharpened my skills as a coach for myself and my clients. (And yes, helped me finally lose the 'baby weight' even though my baby was five by then!)

I combine what I have learned in those schools with my training as a Life Coach (ACC.) and my 20+ years in ministry to bring a holistic approach to helping my clients.

 Yes, I will help you get healthy & lose weight if that’s part of your goals to get healthy. 

But not at the expense of your sanity and everything else you love about your life. To make these changes last, we have to look at more than just diet and exercise. 

I don't believe there is a one size fits all diet plan, so my program is high touch and customized to each client's individuality. 

My program may not be 'sexy' in that I'm not going to promise that you will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks just so you can do it and then regain it all plus some the following month (I've done that, it sucks!). 

Through The Healthy Mom Method, you will learn how to keep the weight off long after our time together ends and through the holidays, vacations, birthday parties, etc. 

After all, you are getting healthy to enjoy your life, not so that you have to sit on the sidelines (dieting) through every beautiful memory.

I’ve been married for 17 years. We met working in Africa. He’s my opposite and perfect in every way.

KIDS?

I have 3 boys! They are 6, 11, & 15. I’ve also had 5 miscarriages.

TRAVEL?

I’m originally from Denver. I’ve been to 40+ countries. I enjoy living by the ocean but I LOVE the mountains.

FAVORITE FOOD?

Pizza. (No, I’m not your average Health Coach!)
