5 Benefits Of An Online Weight Loss Accountability Coach

Hey friends!

Chances are if you are reading this post, you are considering working with an online Weight Loss Coach, or a Life Coach to help you take back your life and have more energy and confidence.

Just as you would imagine hiring a coach would help an athlete; hiring a coach can also help you achieve your goals.

Before we go into the benefits of working with an online weight loss accountability coach, I wanted to answer any questions you might have about online weight loss coaching.

What Is an Online Weight Loss Coach?

Every weight loss coach is different in what they offer. Some coaches could provide daily meal plans, workout plans, live one on one or group coaching, challenges, or detoxes.

No matter what you are looking for, you can likely find a weight loss coach that can help your specific needs.

But the problem is, many coaches will offer a weight loss program, and then nothing else. You get the tips and tricks, but if you don’t have a strong foundation, it’s likely you will have a hard time sticking to any plan or advice.

What Makes My Coaching Different?

I understand that losing weight is a lot more than knowing what to eat, how to work out, or when to do either of the two. And usually, you already know what to do, it’s the consistency and the deeper purpose that I will also help you with.

I offer coaching and accountability geared directly toward work at home moms. I understand how crazy and out of control your life can feel, and want to help you calm the chaos and help you achieve your goals.

I can help you do what you already know you should be doing through accountability, or we can develop a plan together and I will coach you through the process.

My coaching is about long term success, individually tailored to what you need. It is not just a quick fix, and it is not a one size fits all program. I give you tools to help you show up for yourself.

But more than anything, I want my clients to make changes that will last.

I know that if I can teach you how to set goals, follow-through, and understand how to manage your mind for success, it will carry over into every area of your life. I want to see you finally get this area of your life under control so you can spend your time and energy on the other things that matter most to you!

So, now that we know what a weight loss accountability coach is, why should you consider working with one?

5 Benefits of Working with an Online Weight Loss Accountability Coach

1. Accountability

I believe that ALL of my clients already know 3-5 things they can be doing to reach their goals right now. But they just aren’t doing it, and for many people the problem is a lack of accountability.

Being accountable to someone else helps you better stick to the goals you set.

My clients check in with me daily based on their unique and individual goals that we have set together. This could include step count, food logs, workout journals, copies of daily affirmations, whatever serves each client best.

2. Break through the self-sabotage and limiting beliefs

It would be great if accountability alone were enough to see results- and for some people, it is. But what happens when that isn’t enough?

You need a coach to help you work through the more profound questions of WHY you are not reaching your goal.

Why, despite all your efforts, do you still struggle in this area? What is the truth behind the weight that has kept you from feeling free in SO many areas of your life?

A weight loss accountability coach that digs just a little deeper can help you find the answers to these questions that will create a lifelong transformation.

3. You can connect no matter where you live

Working with an online weight loss accountability coach allows you to work with someone you connect with, despite your location.

Depending on how your coach works, you will connect via phone calls, Zoom, Voxer, Facebook groups, or some other way.

For example, clients in my program, The Healthy Mom Method, connect 1:1 with me weekly or bi-weekly for a 45-minute coaching call and then a daily check-in via Voxer.

(Note: If you know for 100% certainty that you want to meet in person with your coach, you can see if they have that option available, too.)

4. Save Time

As a busy mom I know it can feel like your schedule is already bursting at the seams, and adding ‘one more thing’ seems impossible. But the benefit of working with a coach online is that you can pretty much check in whenever it works best for you!

You will probably have a set time for your coaching session, but any other daily or weekly check-ins can usually be done on your own time. I have several clients who just need that accountability, so while we check in daily, there is no set time they have to commit to showing up to a coaching call.

However, a regular 1:1 call is the best way to support that accountability for long term success. The calls will give you something tangible to show up for and help you integrate the tools you work on.

5. Results, Motivation, and Support

Ultimately, all of the benefits of working with an online coach are worthless unless you are actually getting the results you want, right?

A lot of success has to do with how you show up for yourself, but you want to make sure you and your coach are on the same page as to how to get the results you want. Don’t be afraid to ask your coach about the results other clients have had, and how that could work for you, too.

My favorite part about being an online weight loss accountability coach is seeing the success from one goal spill over into all areas of your life. With the right coach giving you the right support, you will find yourself more motivated, productive, and energetic.

I love to see my clients find the tools that work best for them and ultimately realize that they have so much more strength to accomplish their goals than they ever thought before.

How can I help you?

If you know that with some accountability and support you could finally reach your goals, then reach out to me

I have struggled with my weight most of my life, so I understand where you are at. I know how frustrating and discouraging it is to feel out of control when it comes to your weight and/or food.

But more importantly, I also know that coaching and accountability work. I’ve seen it work with the 100’s of women I have coached.

One thing to remember when working with a coach in any area of your life, is that they don’t have superpowers to make you do anything. So while your coach can offer tools to help you, you have to be ready to show up and engage in the process.

Otherwise, you are wasting your time and money and no one needs to do that. The last thing you want or need is one more thing to feel guilty about. But, if you are ready to take that leap, I am here for you. Check out my coaching packages here!

I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey, and hope that I can support you in any way. If you have any questions, I’d love to chat
