THE PROCESS:

HOW DOES A DAY OF COACHING ON DEMAND WORK?

We use an app called Voxer.

Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages. 

During a Day of Voxer, we’ll be in touch over Voxer to dive deep into whatever is keeping you overwhelmed and stuck in your life.

Here’s how a Day of Coaching on Demand works:

1. You choose a date for your Day of Coaching on Demand.

You don’t need to free your calendar for this. A Day of Coaching on Demand is very house full of kids, errands to run, mom & work life-friendly.

You just need to make sure you have enough time between your daily activities to listen and reply to messages - as well as the mental space to think, process, and write down insights you have.

2. We get you set up on Voxer.

If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one - it’s free.

We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what’s troubling you. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.

3. When your Day of Coaching comes, you’ll have access to me from 9 am to 2 pm PST.

Don’t worry - this isn’t a 5-hour chat, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies.

We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace. 

The best thing about a Day of Coaching is that you have space in between messages to think, process, and journal or take notes on what you learn and want to implement.

That’s part of what makes a Day of Coaching on Demand so effective.

  • Parenting frustrations and how to move forward. (With kids and also dealing with other parents/family expectations).

  • Enneagram Coaching- learning more about your type and how to use it for growth (and what pitfalls to avoid).

  • Diet & Exercise plan evaluation. Figure out what isn’t working and how to fix it so you get results.

  • Planning session for your upcoming quarter/goals. As an entrepreneur, it’s all on you which is great- until you know it would be helpful to have someone outside of yourself to process with. This is a perfect use for the day, and done quarterly really starts to build momentum in your business.

  • Identifying limiting beliefs- work through coaching models and see why you are stuck in habitual patterns.

  • Relationship advice & strategy (marriage, friends, in-laws, crazy neighbor ladies, etc.).

It’s also okay if you’re not sure what you want to talk about. Sometimes we just know that things are off somehow, but can’t really tell why, right? That is exactly where I come in.

During your Day of Coaching, I’ll be digging deep, asking questions, and keeping us on track until we get to the core of what’s keeping you overwhelmed and/or from reaching your life & health goals.

+What if we’re in different timezones?

I’ll be available between 9am to 2pm PST. This means most time zones get at least a handful of hours of conversation during a Day of Coaching via Voxer.

+None of the dates available work for me.

+What if I need to reschedule?

The confirmation email will include a link to use if you need to reschedule your appointment. You must reschedule 24 hours in advance, and only a one-time schedule change will be allowed.

+How much time is included in a Day of Voxer?

You’ll have access to me between 9am and 2pm PST.

Don’t worry. This doesn’t mean we’ll be communicating nonstop for 5 hours. That’s just the window during which we’ll be exchanging messages.

+What kind of topic is not a good fit for a Day of Voxer?

If you want to focus on weight loss and have an eating disorder, please contact a trained specialist, so you get the best support possible.

+How available do I need to be over a Day of Voxer?

During a Day of Coaching, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day. Some clients even take a few hour break to work, run errands, tend to kids, etc.

You’ll want to make sure you have enough time to listen and reply to messages, and to think, process, and take notes on things you want to remember.

+Is Voxer free?

Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
