There is no one size fits all diet & weight loss plan. Using my training as a PN1 (Precision Nutrition) Coach & my training as an (Integrative Nutrition) Health Coach, we will craft the perfect, realistic plan for you and your body.

You will:

  • Understand different diets/plan options

  • Know how to choose based on bio-individuality

  • Create your diet plan (how and what you eat)

  • Have clear exercise goals

  • Understand and conquer cravings

Your body wants to be healthy & vibrant. It wants to feel strong and energized. We will create a plan to make that happen.

2. LIFESTYLE GOALS

SET LIFESTYLE GOALS BASED ON YOUR PRIORITIES

Losing weight long term is about more than the food you eat and how much you move your body.

This is not a program where you lose 15 pounds in the first 3 weeks to regain 20 the month after.

This program will help you make long-lasting changes to your body, metabolism, how you feel, and how you show up in life.

We will also discuss:

  • Sleep habits

  • How to speak to yourself in a positive way (we are not about shame here)

  • How to handle stress & conflict

  • How to improve your relationships

  • Connecting with God

3. SUPPORT

PROVIDE COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY SO YOU REACH YOUR GOALS

You don't need to try and do this alone.

And the truth is you know you need something different because you don't want to stay in this cycle of 'trying to lose weight and get healthy' for the rest of your life. It’s exhausting. (I know because I spent years in that cycle.)

Just as we need the village to raise our kids, we also need the village to help us reach our personal goals. 

In this program, you get: 

  • DAILY access to me via Voxer for check-ins and support

  • 1:1 Coaching. We will have 8 x 50-minute coaching sessions. 1x a week for the first 4 weeks and then every other week (bi-weekly) for the second 8 weeks.

  • Access to my library of resources.
