As a woman who struggled for years with my weight, I knew there had to be a better way to live. Obsessing about food, the scale, feeling uncomfortable in my clothes— it didn’t need to be that way.
But as you know— the diet industry doesn’t make it easy to know who or what to believe about how to actually lose weight and stay healthy long term. Which is why I became a coach, to take the confusion out of it so you can get results.

This program will help you make long-lasting changes to your body, metabolism, how you feel, and how you show up in life.

3. SUPPORT

1:1 Coaching. We will have 8 x 50-minute coaching sessions. 1x a week for the first 4 weeks and then every other week (bi-weekly) for the second 8 weeks.
