  • 3 Weeks of Daily check-ins by texting me your food log, exercise log, and daily weigh-ins if that’s in your plan. I check messages at least once a day and will respond.

  • A weekly email with coaching and motivation. This will support you in reaching your goals no matter what diet or exercise plan you follow.

  • Accountability as close as your phone when you step on the scale, and it sends you running to the kitchen swearing ‘nothing will ever work, so why bother’— you have someone to process with!

  • Support to stay on track through weekends, birthdays, and holidays.

  • Momentum so you can finally get over the hump of out of control cravings and get back to feeling in control of your eating (and SEE results).

  • Cheerleading and tough-love, as needed!

Here’s what happens after you click that button:

  1. The payment page will appear for you to make your payment.

  2. After your payment goes through, you will get an email confirmation. That email will include a link to connect with me via Voxer. (Voxer is a free app you can use on your phone or computer).

  3. The email will include instructions on how to send your first Voxer message, so I know we are connected. And it will also have 2-3 questions for you to answer in that first Voxer, so I know how best to help you. This first message includes your goals, what type of diet and exercise commitment you are making, your weight, etc.

  4. You get started. I start all new clients on Monday. Plan to start on Monday after you sign up.

 Have Questions? I’ve got answers!

+When do I start?

We will start the Monday following your sign up day. If you sign up Sunday, we start the next day. If you sign up on a Tuesday, we will start the following Monday.

+What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: Because our work together takes absolute commitment, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. This policy gives clients a true level of accountability and motivation to stay accountable through ups and downs (aka. Real life!). In extremely limited cases (i.e. unforeseen medical issues), I will consider refunds. In such cases, a week's notice and verification of the condition is required.

+Do I have to be local?

No! How nice is that? I work with clients all over the USA.

+How exactly do we check in daily?

We will check in via Voxer. It's a free app you can use on mobile or computer. After you sign up you will get a welcome email, it will have step by step instructions to download and find me on Voxer.

+What happens after I sign up?

Once your payment is made and you are signed up I will send you an email with details to get started.

The email will explain everything you need to know and include instructions on how to send your first Vox so we are ready to go on Monday.

+How much access do I really get?

I check in on Voxer 1-2x a day, everyday of the week. Some days I may check in more often, but I commit to checking in with you 1x a day.

+What other ways can I work with you? What if I want or need 1:1 coaching?

+Do you only work with moms?

No, I also work with women who are not moms. My site is geared towards moms but I have clients who are not moms and I love working with them too.

+How often do you check in on Voxer?

I check in on Voxer 1-2x a day, everyday of the week. Some days I may check in more often, but I commit to checking in with you 1x a day. I am in PST so for my early risers in EST you won't hear from me before 8am PST.
