Weight loss accountability coaching with me *can* be as simple as sending me your calorie count at the end of each day. If that works for you - great. I’m here for ya. I will be your cheerleader and your tough-love gal.
But for many of us, weight loss isn’t as simple as just sticking to a calorie count.
Food is the way we feel better about a bad day; it’s how we bond with our children and families; it’s warm memories of Grandma’s Christmas cookies. Food is there for you through breakups and celebrates with you on birthdays.
When we say “my relationship with food” - we really do mean a relationship. And if your diet is to cut out all the foods that make you feel good, of course, you’ll hate every minute!

This is where we bring accountability and practical, science-based weight loss knowledge together with emotional support and real-life strategies to help you handle the curves life throws at you.

6-Week Whole Life Weight Loss Coaching & Accountability
I get that there isn’t ONE WAY to lose weight that works for everyone, so this journey is led by you. I’ve worked with moms who count calories, macros, points, are Keto or low-carb, vegan - you name it. You know your body, your life, and your goals best. I’m here to keep you accountable to yourself, and help you analyze, strategize and troubleshoot when you get stuck.
What you get:
6 weeks of 1:1 coaching Week 1: 50-minute clarity session, Weeks 2-4 & 6 30-minute coaching calls (Zoom, Facetime, or phone), in which we:
Strategize, plan and troubleshoot. Together, we will look at what challenges you’ve had in the past week, and what you can expect in the week to come, and plan for how to handle them without losing progress. Vacations (even cruises), holidays, special dinners out, friends ordering fries without your consent - whatever it is, we’ll make sure you have a strategy to stay on track and still enjoy the moment.
Set whole-life goals, according to your priorities. Because the time you spend playing with your kids, crafting, baking, going on date nights and girls nights, or sitting out in the sun with a book FUELS your weight loss journey.
Support you during hard times. You’re not losing weight in a vaccum - life happens, good and bad. I’ll give you tools to handle it without resorting to diet-busting food.
Work on mindset and stories. So much of our ability to lose weight is in our minds and the stories we believe about ourselves, and sometimes, we have to rewrite the script to move forward.
Give you time to process what has come up for you in the week. No need to prep for calls, I will lead the time.
Daily accountability for the first 3 weeks, at least. Daily check-ins via Voxer (6x a week if you take a Sabbath). After the initial 3 weeks, we can still check in daily if it’s helpful to you.
Daily check-ins can be texting me your food log, or a screenshot of your pedometer, checking in on workouts, daily weigh-ins if that’s in your plan. I check messages at least once a day and will respond.
I ask for a starting photo, sent to me on the day we begin working together, so we can see your progress!

Note: I am not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor, or health care provider. I won’t give you a meal plan or workout routine to follow, or tell you which diet you ‘need.’ You know what your body likes and doesn’t like. You know which workouts sound like fun, and which sound like torture. As a certified Life + Health Coach, I’m here to help you do what you already know you should be doing.

A La Carte Accountability Coaching
If you just want to send me your calorie/macro/points and/or goal-checklist every day, I offer that option too. This often works best as a way to continue our work together at a less intense level (great for the long-haul!), but if this style of accountability coaching works for you all by itself, I’m happy to help.
What you get:
3 Weeks of Daily check-ins* by texting me your food log, exercise log, and daily weigh-ins if that’s in your plan. I check messages at least once a day and will respond.

Why 3 weeks is the magic number for A La Carte Accountability Coaching
I’ve done many 30-day challenges with my clients, and what I’ve noticed is that 30 days is a lot for most people. But 3 weeks seems to be the magic number for maximum motivation and results. Here’s what to expect:
Week one, you’re excited to start and totally motivated. Let’s GO!
Week two, you’re starting to wonder if this is worth it. It’s so haaard!
Week three, you’re seeing results, or we’ll see the real reason why you aren’t.
If you don’t see results in 3 weeks of A La Carte, you can opt for a single session of 1:1 coaching ($190) where we can troubleshoot and form a plan to help you break through those barriers. If you’d like to continue with 1:1 coaching after that session, I’ll apply the single session payment to the 8-week plan.
Refund Policy: Same as above - no refunds, because this is all about accountability!

+When do I start?
If you choose the 21-Day A La Carte Accountability, you will start the Monday following your sign up day.
If you are choosing the 6-week coaching program, we will set up a start date through email. I know my clients like to start ASAP, so it only depends on availability within my schedule and how many clients I have at the time.
+What is your refund policy?

No! How nice is that? I work with clients all over the USA.
+How exactly do we check in for the daily accountability?
We will check in via Voxer. It's a free app you can use on mobile or computer. After you sign up, you will get a welcome email, and it will have step by step instructions to download and find me on Voxer.
+What happens after I sign up?
There are several options here: if you know you are ready to go, we will get started. If you have more questions, we can hop on the phone and have a conversation to make sure this is the best fit for you.
Once you make your payment, I will send you an email with details to get started.
The email will explain everything you need to know and include instructions on scheduling your coaching sessions, how to download your bonuses, and how to connect with me on Voxer.
+How often do you check in on Voxer?
I check in on Voxer 1-2x a day, everyday of the week. Some days I may check in more often, but I commit to checking in with you 1x a day. I am in PST so for my early risers in EST you won't hear from me before 8am PST.
