The Diet Culture Online will want you to believe weight loss happens by simply ‘doing what the coach tells you’. And if it doesn’t work, YOU must have failed. I disagree!

For many of us, weight loss isn’t as simple as just sticking to a calorie count. 

Food is:

  • The way we feel better about a bad day

  • It’s how we bond with our children and families

  • It’s warm memories of Grandma’s Christmas cookies

Food is there for you through breakups and celebrates with you on birthdays.

When we say “my relationship with food” - we really do mean a relationship.

And if your diet is to cut out all the foods that make you feel good, of course, you’ll hate every minute!

This is where we bring holistic life coaching and practical, science-based weight loss knowledge together with emotional support and real-life strategies to help you handle the curves life throws at you.

6-Month Whole Life Weight Loss Coaching

I get that there isn’t ONE WAY to lose weight that works for everyone, so this journey is led by you. I’ve worked with moms who count calories, macros, points, are Keto or low-carb, vegan - you name it. You know your body, your life, and your goals best. I’m here to keep you accountable to yourself, and help you analyze, strategize and troubleshoot when you get stuck.

What you get:

  • 1:1 coaching for 6-months – Monthly you have THREE 50-minute coaching sessions. The exception to this schedule is the first call of your program will be 90-minutes — to kickstart your journey and outline your plan, so you know exactly what to do every single week. On coaching calls (Zoom, Facetime, or phone), we:

    • Strategize, plan and troubleshoot. Together, we will look at what challenges you’ve had in the past week, and what you can expect in the week to come, and plan for how to handle them without losing progress. Vacations (even cruises), holidays, special dinners out, friends ordering fries without your consent - whatever it is, we’ll make sure you have a strategy to stay on track and still enjoy the moment.

    • Set whole-life goals, according to your priorities. Because the time you spend playing with your kids, crafting, baking, going on date nights and girls nights, or sitting out in the sun with a book FUELS your weight loss journey.

    • Support you during hard times. You’re not losing weight in a vacuum - life happens, good and bad. I’ll give you the tools to handle it without resorting to diet-busting food.

    • Work on mindset and stories. So much of our ability to lose weight is in our minds and the stories we believe about ourselves, and sometimes, we have to rewrite the script to move forward.

    • Give you time to process what has come up for you in the week. No need to prep for calls, I will lead the time. 

  • Daily access for accountability & support via Voxer M-F.

    • Daily check-ins can be texting me your food log, or a screenshot of your pedometer, checking in on workouts, daily weigh-ins if that’s in your plan. I check messages at least once a day and will respond.

    • Coaching on real life things that come up, as they come up.

    • I ask for a starting photo & measurements, sent to me on the day we begin working together, so we can see your progress (even when the scale may be slow to respond)!

  • Motivation, workout ideas, meal ideas, and other fun resources I feel will help you on your individual journey. I love sharing articles and information, including...

    • An incredible recipe guide (if it’s helpful). Finding good food to eat while losing weight isn’t easy, so I’ve compiled a huge selection of delicious recipes using clean ingredients that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized - vegan or omnivore! (Shopping list included!)

    • Macro & Calorie calculations for you. No matter what diet you are on, this helps me understand what is happening in your body so we can get you the best results that are sustainable.

    • Weight Loss Tracker: Everything you need in one place so we can quickly assess what your body needs to feel its best!

    • An Anti-Aging Super Food Smoothie guide that I, personally, love.

    • Love Yourself Silly With Chocolate guide with 20 recipes for everything chocolate and delicious.

I won’t give you a meal plan or workout routine to follow, or tell you which diet you ‘need.’ You know what your body likes and doesn’t like. You know which workouts sound like fun, and which sound like torture. As a certified Life + Health Coach, I’m here to help you do what you already know you should be doing.

+When do I start?

We will set a start date when we talk on the phone. I know my clients like to start ASAP, so it only depends on availability within my schedule and how many clients I have at the time.

+What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: Because our work together takes absolute commitment, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. This policy gives clients a true level of accountability and motivation to stay accountable through ups and downs (aka. Real life!). In extremely limited cases (i.e. unforeseen medical issues), I will consider refunds. In such cases, a week's notice and verification of the condition is required.

+Do I have to be local?

No! How nice is that? I work with clients all over the USA.

+How exactly do we check in for the daily accountability?

We will check in via Voxer. It's a free app you can use on mobile or computer. After you sign up, you will get a welcome email, and it will have step by step instructions to download and find me on Voxer.

+What happens after I sign up?

After we set a start date I will email you a link to a google doc where you can access everything you need to get started.

The document will explain everything you need to know and include instructions on how to pay, schedule your coaching sessions, download your bonuses, access your weight loss tracker, and how to connect with me on Voxer.

+How often do you check in on Voxer?

I check in on Voxer 1-2x a day, everyday Monday-Friday. Some days I may check in more often, but I commit to checking in with you 1x a day. I am in PST so for my early risers in EST you won't hear from me before 9am PST.

+Do you only work with moms?

No, I also work with women who are not moms. My site is geared towards moms but I have clients who are not moms and I love working with them too.

+Why is the payment plan more than the pay in full?

I want to help you and understand that a payment plan may make the differnce between you being able to do this or not. So for that reason I only charge a little more to set a payment on autopay. To use autopay/billing I incur extra fees.
